# Email snippets

> Save reusable text and links to insert into email drafts.

Email snippets insert reusable content at the cursor while preserving the rest of your draft.

## Create a snippet

**1. Go to email snippets**

Go to **Settings** → **Data customizations** → **Email snippets**.

**2. Add reusable content**

Click **New email snippet**, enter a **Title**, and write the **Content**. Use the formatting toolbar to add text styles and links.

**3. Create the snippet**

Click **Create**.

The snippet appears in your library and becomes available in the email snippet picker.

## Insert a snippet

In a new email, reply, or bulk email, place the cursor where you want the text. Choose **Insert snippet**, search for a snippet, and select it.

Use **Manage snippets** in the picker to return to settings. Edit a snippet from its library and click **Save** to update its saved content.
