Project types are reusable templates that define the structure of a project — the milestones it moves through, the tasks created at each milestone, and optional outcomes and form inputs. Go to **Settings** → **Project types** to manage them. Project types are listed in a table. Use the **Company** and book name tabs to switch between company-wide and book-specific templates. Company-wide templates are listed first. Each row has a three-dot menu with **Edit**, **Duplicate to book** (book-specific templates only), and **Delete**. Click **New project type** to open the **Projects library** window. From there, choose **Start from scratch** to build your own, or install a ready-made project type in a couple of clicks.
