# meeting.transcript_ready

> Sent when a visible transcript becomes available, its content changes, or it becomes visible to advisors

Sent when a visible transcript becomes available, its content changes, or it becomes visible to advisors. Empty and hidden transcripts do not trigger this event. The snapshot excludes transcript text; retrieve it with `GET /v1/meetings/{id}/transcript`. The snapshot is prepared asynchronously and may reflect changes made after the triggering event. Use its `updated_at` to reconcile local state.
