# task.created

> Sent when an eligible task is created

Sent when an eligible task is created. Initial rich text and tags do not also emit `task.updated`. The snapshot is prepared asynchronously and may reflect changes made after the triggering event. Use its `updated_at` to reconcile local state. Scheduled and unapproved tasks do not emit these events. Fetch the current task with `GET /v1/tasks/{id}`.
