## Control notetaker capture and access

Company policies now cover capture mode, consent, transcript access, recording sources, and AI notices. Use inherited defaults, preferences, or enforced settings to control available book overrides.

## Set flexible deadlines and repeats in Create task

The **Create task** automation action now supports deadlines relative to a record date or the next calendar occurrence, plus repeating tasks. Choose **Relative date** or **Next occurrence of** under **Due date**, then use **Repeats** to configure recurring tasks.

## Update records and matching tasks with automations

Update matching tasks with filters, set household attributes, select an opportunity stage, or remove open household tasks.

## Automate businesses and accepted forms

Business triggers can add notes, send messages, and start business projects. **Form accepted** runs after you accept a submission. **Household custom date reminder** now supports clients and prospects, with reminders up to a year before a custom date.

## Review history and audit changes

Review saved versions of notes, task titles and descriptions, and meeting notepads. Restore earlier note or task content while retaining the current content in history. Users with **View audit log** permission can review company and record changes.
