Sent when an eligible task changes, including its title, description, or tags. Completion and reopening also emit this event. The snapshot is prepared asynchronously and may reflect changes made after the triggering event. Use its updated_at to reconcile local state. Scheduled and unapproved tasks do not emit these events. Fetch the current task with GET /v1/tasks/{id}. Verify the raw request body before processing. See the webhook overview for signing, retries, subscription context, and ordering.
