A sequence can span a maximum of 4 weeks (20 business days)
You may only have one email step per day
To avoid being marked as spam, we schedule emails to send at the best time for the recipient throughout the day.
A maximum of 100 contacts can be enrolled in any sequence at a given time (global limit, so if you have 50 contacts in one sequence and 50 in another you are at the limit)
Sequence emails will be sent only during business hours in the advisor’s time zone (9am-5pm)
Emails on day one will send automatically if in business hours, otherwise they will send the next business day
Sequence emails will only be sent on business days (no weekends or holidays)
Enrollees will get the emails and timing of the sequence at the time of enrollment, any changes to the sequence will not affect current enrollees
