Slant has a built-in help menu for getting answers, reporting bugs, requesting features, and finding documentation. You can open it from anywhere in the app.

Need help?

Click the icon in the top right of Slant to open Slant Assistant. It’s our AI support agent — available 24/7 — and can answer most functionality questions directly. If you’d rather talk to a person, pick Talk to a human and our team will pick up the thread between 9am–5pm Mountain Time. From the home screen you can also:
  • Send us a message — starts a conversation with Slant Assistant
  • Read our docs — opens this documentation site
  • Request an integration — let us know about a tool you’d like Slant to connect with

Report a bug or request a feature

Open Slant Assistant and pick Report a bug or Request a feature. You’ll be walked through a short form, and the ticket goes straight to the Slant team. Use the attachment icon in the message input to add screenshots or screen recordings — they help us track down issues faster.

Yes. Slant Assistant is our AI support agent. It handles most questions on its own using our documentation. If you want a human, select Talk to a human and a teammate will jump in during business hours (9am–5pm Mountain Time).
They go straight to the Slant team. Someone will follow up through Slant Assistant or by email.
Yes. Use the attachment icon in the message input to upload screenshots or videos.
Open the help menu and click Messages at the bottom of the panel to see your conversation history.
Open the help menu and click Read our docs on the home screen.
