Pending tasks
Learn about task recommendations and how to manage them.
Pending tasks are automatically generated recommendations that come from meeting notes. These tasks need to be either accepted or rejected before they become active in your task list.
Managing recommendations
Accepting tasks
To accept a task recommendation, click the
Accept
button or the thumbs up (👍) icon.
The task moves to “To do” status and appears in the main task list.
You’ll see a success message confirming the acceptance.
Rejecting tasks
If a task recommendation isn’t relevant, click the
Reject
button or the thumbs down (👎) icon.
The task moves to “Rejected” status and is removed from your active task list.
You’ll see a confirmation of the rejection.
You can view rejected tasks by clicking
Filter
, then setting the conditions to
“Status is Rejected.”
