If you want your notetaker to automatically join all meetings where you’re the owner and there is a meeting link, you’ll need to sync your calendar and toggle on the notetaker in the Account settings.

Syncing your calendar

Before you can enable the notetaker in your Slant account, you’ll need to sync your calendar.

Navigate to Account settings > Email and calendar.

Find the Google or Microsoft Outlook section, depending on which provider you want to connect.

Click the Connect button.

Once redirected to the email provider's authentication page, sign in with your email account and grant the necessary permissions.

Enabling the notetaker

Once your calendar is connected, you can enable the notetaker by switching the toggle on in Account settings > > Integrations > Notetaker.
