International addresses

Addresses now support countries beyond the United States. When editing an address, select a country using the flag icon next to the state field. For non-US countries, the state field accepts free text and the postal code field accepts any format.

International phone numbers

Phone number fields now accept international formats. Select a country using the flag icon next to the input. Non-US numbers display with the country calling code.

Past client household creation

When creating a new household from a person, you can now choose Past client as the household type in addition to Client and Prospect.

Tables in notes

The notes editor now supports tables. Use the table button in the toolbar or type / and select Table from the menu to insert a 2x2 table. Add rows and columns, rearrange content, and navigate cells with Tab and Enter.

Projects: compact view and “Created by” filter

The pipeline view now includes a compact card layout toggle and a Created by filter available under Filter.

Custom field AI fill improvements

The Fill with AI feature now sends a notification and a summary in book chat with links to updated records when the fill completes.

Task template deadline presets

The Due in field on task templates now offers presets (same day, 1 day, 1 week, etc.) and a custom option with days, weeks, months, or years.

Book chat: custodian and account data

Book chat now has access to custodian account holdings, balances, recent transactions, and manual accounts.

DocuSign field delegation

When sending a document for signature, you can now delegate unfilled fields to signers to complete during signing. Admins can configure default signer mappings per template in document filler settings.

Checkbox groups in document templates

The document filler now supports checkbox groups as a field type alongside text fields, checkboxes, dropdowns, and radio groups.

CSV import: second address

You can now map a second address during CSV import for clients and prospects, with fields for line 1, line 2, city, state, ZIP, and type.
