The notetaker settings let you configure the AI bot that joins your meetings to record and generate notes. You can customize the bot’s name and avatar, set recording retention policies, manage phone recording numbers, and control behavior for recurring meetings. Go to Settings → Notetaker to access these settings. The page has Company and book tabs — company settings control defaults across all books, while book settings can override them.
