Project types are reusable templates that define the structure of a project — the milestones it moves through, the tasks created at each milestone, and optional outcomes and form inputs. Go to SettingsProject types to manage them. Project types are listed in one table. Use All owners to show every project type or filter the table to Company or a specific book. Each row’s three-dot menu includes:
  • Edit — open the manual editor and project type chat
  • Duplicate — create a copy in the same scope
  • Delete — permanently remove a project type that has no active projects
Click New project type, choose Company or a book, and use the Projects library to start. Start from scratch creates a starter project type and opens chat, where you can describe the workflow you want. You can also edit it manually or install a ready-made project type.
