Project types are reusable templates that define the structure of a project — the milestones it moves through, the tasks created at each milestone, and optional outcomes and form inputs. Go to Settings → Project types to manage them. Project types are listed in a table. Use the Company and book name tabs to switch between company-wide and book-specific templates. Company-wide templates are listed first. The actions in a row’s three-dot menu depend on the template and your permissions:
  • Book-specific templates — Edit, Duplicate, and Delete
  • Company-wide templates for admins — Edit, Duplicate, and Delete
  • Company-wide templates for non-admins — View only
Click New project type to open the Projects library window. From there, choose Start from scratch to build your own, or install a ready-made project type in a couple of clicks. For full details on creating and configuring project types, see:
