Notes are a great way to keep track of your client’s information and activities. They are also a great way to share information with your team. Notes are referenced by the Slant assistant when creating tasks, drafting emails, and completing other actions, bringing all of your client’s information together in one place.

How to create a note

Navigate to the client record.

Click on the 'Add note' button in the top-right corner.

Fill in note details.

You can enter the note title and content. Notes will auto-save as you type and will always be retained for compliance purposes.

Click Shift+‘n’ to quickly create a note from a client record.
