Efficiently manage your client-related activities by creating tasks directly within their respective records. This ensures that all to-dos are contextually linked and easily accessible, helping you stay organized and on top of your client management.

How to create a task

Follow these simple steps to create a new task from a client’s record:

Navigate to the client record.

Click on the 'Add task' button in the top-right corner.

Fill in task details.

You can enter the task name, description, due date, and assignee.

Save the task.

Click Shift+t to quickly create a task from a client record.

Managing client tasks

  • Viewing tasks: The newly created task will now appear in the Tasks tab of the client’s record. On this tab, you’ll see a list of all pending and completed tasks for that client.
  • Centralized task management: While tasks are linked to specific clients, you can also view all your tasks (across all clients) on the Tasks page.
  • Updating and completing tasks: Click on any task to edit its details, mark it as complete, or reschedule it.
