The team activity tab on your Home page gives you a bird’s-eye view of what your team has been doing. It combines a scorecard of key outreach metrics with a live activity feed so you can spot trends, recognize effort, and stay aligned.

Team scorecard

The scorecard tracks four outreach metrics across your team:
  • Emails sent — outbound emails delivered
  • Tasks — tasks completed
  • Meetings — meetings held
  • Notes — notes created
Each metric shows a count for the selected timeframe. Below the metrics, a recent household interactions section lists the households your team has engaged with most recently, with a breakdown of activity by type. Click on a household name to view its record.

Filtering the scorecard

Use the timeframe dropdown to change the reporting period — options range from today to last quarter. Use the All users dropdown to filter to specific team members, or keep the default to see everyone’s activity.

Activity feed

The activity feed on the right side of the page shows a scrolling timeline of everything happening in your book — tasks created, meetings completed, notes added, and more. Activities are grouped by month and show:
  • Who performed the action
  • What they did (created, completed, updated, etc.)
  • The related record (household, contact, task, etc.)
  • When it happened
Scroll down to load more history automatically.
