Home is your starting point in Slant. It gives you a snapshot of your day, surfaces action items, and keeps you connected to your team’s activity — all in one place. Every time you open Slant, you land on Home. From here you can see what’s on your calendar, which tasks need attention, review important emails, and track how your team is engaging with clients.

Quick actions

Three buttons at the top of the page let you capture information without leaving Home:
  • Quick note — opens a new note immediately
  • Quick task — opens the task creation form
  • Start meeting — creates a new meeting on the spot

Recently viewed households

The top-right corner shows avatars for the households you’ve viewed most recently. Hover over an avatar to see when you last visited, and click to jump straight to that client or prospect record.

Tabs

Home is organized into three tabs:
  • Daily overview — today’s meetings, your tasks, important emails, and nudges
  • Team activity — a scorecard of your team’s outreach and a scrolling activity feed
  • Book chat — an AI assistant that can answer questions about your book’s data
