A family unit you serve. Every household is either a Client (active customer) or Prospect (potential customer).

Person

An individual within a household. Each household has a head of household, and may include a spouse, dependents, and other family members.

Contact

A professional relationship that isn’t a client—CPAs, attorneys, referral sources, and other centers of influence.
