Meeting recap components
The recap view is split into two panels. The left panel contains the AI summary and notepad. The right panel contains the video player, tasks, transcript, and speakers.AI summary
An AI-generated overview of the key points discussed, including important decisions and action items.Notepad
A rich text editor for your own notes. Use the/ command menu to format your notes. Notes entered before the meeting (during prep) are preserved here.
Video recording
The full recording of the meeting with playback controls. You can collapse or expand the video player using the toggle button. If your retention settings are set to delete immediately, the video is removed after the summary is generated.Tasks
Auto-generated follow-up items based on commitments made during the meeting. Each task links to the relevant moment in the transcript. You can edit, complete, or dismiss tasks from this list.Transcript
A searchable text version of the conversation. The transcript shows who said what with timestamps. Click any line to jump to that moment in the video.Speakers
A list of identified speakers in the meeting. You can rename speakers to correct any misidentifications. This tab is not shown for user-uploaded transcripts.Share a meeting
You can share a meeting recap with clients or other contacts via a portal link. Click the Share button in the meeting header to generate a shareable link.Download meeting materials
Click the download button in the recap view to export:- Video — Download the full meeting recording
- Audio — Download an audio-only version
- Transcript — Download the transcript as a .docx file
Retention settings
Your recording retention settings affect what is available in the recap:| Retention mode | Behavior |

| Keep forever | Recordings and transcripts are retained indefinitely |
| Delete after N days | Automatically deleted after the configured period |
| Delete immediately | Video and transcript are deleted after notes are generated |
