Link an account to a household
The link takes effect immediately. The account’s market value is added to the client’s AUM, and portfolio data becomes available on the client’s Custodian tab.
To link an account to a trust instead, add the Linked trust column using the column toggle, then select a trust from the dropdown.
For more on how linking works — including auto-linking by tax ID — see linking custodian accounts.
Unlink an account
Click the Linked household (or Linked trust) cell for the account and clear the selection. The account stays in Slant but is no longer associated with that client. Its market value is removed from the client’s AUM.FAQ
