How accounts connect to clients
Custodian accounts are linked to client households or trusts — either automatically through tax ID matching or manually from the custodian accounts list. Once linked, the account’s market value counts toward the client’s AUM and portfolio data appears on the client’s Custodian tab. Manual accounts are tied to a client household when you create them. They don’t sync with external data, so you update balances and details yourself.FAQ
