The prospect detail page is where you track interactions, update information, and move prospects through your pipeline. This guide covers the layout and key actions.

Prospect detail page layout

The prospect detail page has two panels: Left panel tabs:
  • Overview — A summary dashboard for the prospect
  • Chat — AI-powered assistant for quick actions and insights
  • Activity — Combined feed of all interactions
  • Email — Email correspondence history
  • Phone — Call and SMS history (when a phone integration is connected)
  • Meetings — Scheduled and past meetings
  • Tasks — Tasks linked to this prospect
  • Notes — Notes about this prospect
Right panel tabs:
  • Household — People in the household and their contact details
  • Records — Projects, opportunities, files, sequences, and custom fields
  • Comments — Internal comments for your team

Quick actions

The prospect header provides buttons for the most common actions:
  • Send email — Compose an email to the prospect
  • Add task — Create a task linked to this prospect
  • Start meeting — Open a new meeting linked to this prospect
Click the more menu (three dots) for additional actions:
  • Add note — Create a note on the prospect record
  • Start project — Begin a project from a template
  • Add to sequence — Enroll the prospect in an email sequence
  • Convert to other contact — Convert a single-member prospect to an other contact
  • Merge with household — Merge this prospect with another household
  • Destroy — Permanently delete the prospect and all data

Update household information

Click Household in the right sidebar to:
  • Edit a person’s name, email, phone number, address, and other details
  • Change a person’s household role
  • Move a person to a new or existing household
  • Add new people to the household
Click the three-dot menu on a household member to manage them (move to another household or delete).

Organize with tags

Tags help you categorize and filter prospects. Click the tag selector in the prospect header to add or remove tags. You can select existing tags or create new ones. To filter your prospect list by tag, use the Filter options on the prospect table.

Bulk actions

Select multiple prospects from the prospect list to perform bulk actions:
  • Promote to client — Convert selected prospects to clients
  • Add tag — Apply a tag to all selected prospects
  • Bulk email — Send an email to all selected prospects (limit of 100)
  • Convert to contacts — Convert single-member prospects to other contacts
  • Add to project — Start a project for each selected prospect
  • Add to sequence — Enroll selected prospects in an email sequence
  • Delete — Permanently delete selected prospects
  • Move to another book — Transfer prospects to a different book (admin only)

Enroll in sequences

Add prospects to email sequences for automated nurturing:

Open the prospect record

Navigate to the prospect’s detail page.

Open the more menu

Click the three-dot menu in the header.

Select 'Add to sequence'

Choose the email sequence to enroll them in.
You can also enroll multiple prospects at once using bulk actions from the prospect list. Learn more about sequences
