Scheduling integrations let respondents choose a live appointment time without leaving a Slant intake form. Slant supports Calendly, OnceHub, Cal.com, and Zoom Scheduler. Each connection belongs to one book. Select the book at the top of Scheduling integrations before connecting or changing settings.

Connect Zoom Scheduler

The Zoom user you connect needs a Zoom Scheduler license. If Zoom reports that the user does not have a license, ask your Zoom administrator to assign one, then try again.
1

Open scheduling settings

Go to SettingsScheduling.
2

Select a book

Choose the book that will use the Zoom Scheduler connection.
3

Connect Zoom Scheduler

Click Connect Zoom Scheduler, sign in to Zoom, and authorize Slant.
4

Review event types

Confirm that the schedules you want to use are listed under Event types.
If your firm already connected the same Zoom account for Zoom Phone, Slant reuses that secure Zoom authorization. Zoom may ask you to authorize again when new Scheduler permissions are required. Slant imports the personal and accessible team schedules returned for the connected Zoom user. A Zoom Scheduler event type can be used in an intake form when it:
  • Is active.
  • Allows one attendee per time slot. Multi-host team schedules are supported, but group bookings are not.
  • Uses a Zoom Meeting location.
  • Does not require answers to custom Zoom Scheduler questions.
Slant labels other schedules Not available for intake forms and displays the reason. After changing a schedule in Zoom, click Refresh event types. Respondents can choose from the available times Zoom returns within Slant’s 30-day booking window. Slant sends their name, email address, and time zone to Zoom when it creates the booking. Zoom Scheduler cancellation and rescheduling activity is delivered to Slant through signed Zoom webhooks. Slant updates the normalized booking and preserves the provider’s cancellation details and booking-form responses. Zoom’s current event-update API does not change an event’s start time, so invitee rescheduling continues through Zoom’s manage flow. For technical details, see Zoom’s official Scheduler API overview, Scheduler API reference, Scheduler webhook reference, and OAuth scope reference.

Connect OnceHub

You need an active OnceHub API key. In OnceHub, create one under API & Webhooks Integration.
1

Open scheduling settings

Go to SettingsScheduling.
2

Select a book

Choose the book that will use the OnceHub connection.
3

Open the connection dialog

Click Connect OnceHub.
4

Enter the API key

Paste the key into API key, then click Connect.
The OnceHub card displays the connected account and imports its booking calendars as scheduling event types. Slant also creates the webhook needed to receive new bookings.
Treat the API key like a password. Enter it only in Slant’s Connect OnceHub dialog. Slant does not display the key after connection.

Manage scheduling event types

Slant uses the same event type controls for every scheduling provider. Calendly and Cal.com event types, OnceHub booking calendars, and Zoom Scheduler schedules appear as Event types under their connection.
  • Click Refresh event types after adding or changing an event type in your scheduling provider.
  • Click the external-link icon to preview the provider’s scheduling page.
  • Event types marked Inactive or Not available for intake forms cannot accept native intake form bookings.

Create CRM records from bookings

Slant first matches each booking to an existing person in the selected book by email address. Turn on Create record for an event type to create a record when no match exists. Choose the record type: Prospect, Client, or Contact. Bookings with multiple possible email matches remain unlinked for review. Slant does not create a duplicate record.

Use scheduling in intake forms

When a scheduling provider is connected, the intake form builder can add an appointment field and use one of its imported event types. Respondents see live availability in their time zone and schedule before the form is submitted. If a selected time becomes unavailable before submission, the form asks the respondent to choose another time. If Slant cannot tell whether a provider accepted a booking request, it confirms the existing request before allowing another attempt, preventing duplicate appointments.

Reconnect or disconnect

  • Reconnect — Click the reconnect icon. For OnceHub or Cal.com, enter a current API key. For Calendly or Zoom Scheduler, authorize the account again.
  • Disconnect — Click the trash icon, then confirm Disconnect.
Disconnecting stops new intake form appointments for that connection. Existing bookings, imported event types, and event-type CRM settings remain in Slant.

Connect Calendly

1

Open scheduling settings

Go to SettingsScheduling.
2

Select a book

Choose the book that will use the Calendly connection.
3

Connect Calendly

Click Connect Calendly, sign in to Calendly, and authorize Slant.
The Calendly card displays the connected account and its compatible event types. Event-type record creation and intake form scheduling work the same way as OnceHub.

Connect Cal.com

1

Open scheduling settings

Go to SettingsScheduling.
2

Select a book

Choose the book that will use the Cal.com connection.
3

Connect Cal.com

Click Connect Cal.com, sign in to Cal.com, and authorize Slant.
The Cal.com card displays the connected account and imports compatible personal and team event types. Slant creates a signed webhook to receive bookings, reschedules, and cancellations. Cal.com provides availability for up to 31 days at a time. Hidden event types remain available when they can still be booked. Event types that require payment, host confirmation, recurring bookings, seats, attendee verification, or required booking questions are marked Not available for intake forms.

Reconnect or disconnect Cal.com

  • Reconnect — Click the reconnect icon, sign in to Cal.com, and authorize Slant again.
  • Disconnect — Click the trash icon, then confirm Disconnect.
Disconnecting removes Slant’s Cal.com webhook and stops new intake form appointments. Existing bookings, imported event types, and event-type CRM settings remain in Slant.
