Troubleshooting

”Connection failed” error

Causes:
  • Incorrect credentials
  • Organization restrictions on third-party apps
  • Temporary service issues
Fix: Try reconnecting. If it persists, check with your IT admin for app restrictions.

Emails not syncing

Causes:
  • Email sync disabled in settings
  • Connection expired (need to reauthorize)
  • Very recent emails (sync may take a few minutes)
Fix: Check integration settings, verify sync is enabled, and try reconnecting if needed.

Calendar not showing

Causes:
  • Calendar sync disabled
  • No calendar permissions granted during OAuth
  • Wrong calendar selected
Fix: Verify calendar permissions were granted. You may need to disconnect and reconnect to grant additional permissions.

Disconnect an account

To remove an email integration:
1

Open integrations

Navigate to SettingsIntegrationsEmail.
2

Find the account

Locate the connected account you want to remove.
3
