How sync works
Email sync features
Automatic linking
Emails are linked to households based on participant email addresses. When a client emails you, the thread appears in their household record automatically.Open tracking
When you send emails from Slant, open tracking tells you when recipients view your message. A small tracking pixel registers an “open” event when the recipient opens the email and loads images.Email blacklisting
Exclude certain senders from syncing. Internal company emails are filtered by default. You can add additional email addresses or domains to the blacklist to keep your CRM focused on client communications.Sending addresses

Meeting detection
