What chat can do
Ask questions about your data
Type a question in plain language and chat queries the household’s data to find the answer.- “When was the last time we met with this client?”
- “What tasks are open for this household?”
- “Summarize the last 3 months of activity”
- “What’s this prospect’s email address?”
Search notes, emails, and meetings
Chat can search through the content of your notes, emails, meetings, and tasks to find specific information. This is especially useful for recalling what was discussed or agreed upon.- “What did we discuss about estate planning with the Johnsons?”
- “Find any notes mentioning retirement for this client”
- “Have we received any emails about the trust amendment?”
Create tasks and notes
Ask chat to create records and it handles the details:- “Add a task to follow up with the Davis household by next Friday”
- “Log a note about today’s phone call regarding their 401k rollover”
Update records
Chat can update existing records like households, people, and meetings:- “Update the Thompson household’s service tier to A”
- “Change the meeting type to annual review”
Chat never takes action without your consent. When it drafts an email, creates a record, or updates data, you’ll always have a chance to review and confirm before anything is sent or saved.
Draft emails
Chat can compose emails for you:- “Draft a birthday email to Sarah Johnson”
- “Write a follow-up email about the portfolio review we just had”
Analyze files
Chat can read and analyze files you upload directly or files stored in your connected file storage:- “Analyze the PDF I just uploaded and summarize the key points”
- “Look at this client’s financial plan and pull out their target retirement age”
Look up stocks and funds
Chat can look up current information about stocks, mutual funds, and ETFs to support your conversations.Check calendar availability
Chat can check your calendar availability to help with scheduling meetings.Search the web
Chat can search the web for current market data, interest rates, financial news, and other external information.Start a project from chat
When the conversation calls for it — for example, after agreeing to begin a money movement or kick off onboarding — chat can propose a project on this household. Chat shows a project type and starting milestones in a confirmation card. Click Start project to create it, or Cancel to dismiss. Once started, a link to the new project appears in the conversation.Generate a PDF document
Ask chat to write a polished, client-ready PDF and it delivers a download link right in the conversation. Use it for any document you’d hand to a client — a meeting recap, a summary of a topic you discussed, an analysis of documents, or a household or estate overview.- “Create a PDF recap of my last meeting with the Smiths”
- “Write a one-page estate summary for this household”
- “Generate a PDF summarizing the retirement plan we discussed”
Download links expire one day after the document is generated. After that the card shows Link expired — ask chat to generate the document again to get a fresh link.
