Pipelines define the stages that opportunities move through. Each pipeline has a set of stages with names, colors, probabilities, and optional time tracking. You can create pipelines scoped to prospects, clients, or both. Go to Settings → Data customizations → Pipelines to manage them. Pipelines can be company-wide (available to all books) or book-specific. Use the Company and book tabs to switch between scopes. For full details on creating and configuring pipelines, see:
