The data customizations page is the central hub for managing templates, labels, tags, pipelines, and custom fields. Go to SettingsData customizations to access it. The page is organized with Company and book tabs at the top. Company-wide items are available across all books. Book-specific items are available only in the selected book.

Templates

Templates pre-fill forms with standardized values so your team stays consistent.
  • Task templates — reusable task definitions with titles, descriptions, assignees, deadlines, priorities, labels, and attachments. Available on both company and book tabs.
  • Note templates — standardized note formats with rich text content. Available on both company and book tabs.
  • Email templates — pre-written emails with subject lines, body content, and attachments. Available on both company and book tabs.

Pipelines

Pipelines define the stages that opportunities move through. Create pipelines scoped to prospects, clients, or both, and customize stage names, colors, probabilities, and auto-advance behavior. Available on both company and book tabs.

Custom fields

Custom fields let you track data unique to your practice on households, people, businesses, and opportunities. Choose from text, number, date, yes/no, single select, relationships, and more. Available on the company tab only.

Labels

Labels are color-coded categories you can apply to records for organization and filtering. Available on the company tab only.

Tags

Tags help you group and filter records. Available on the company tab only.
Only admins can manage items on the company tab. Any user can manage book-specific templates and pipelines.
