Meeting types categorize meetings and help Slant tailor meeting AI. Slant includes locked defaults, and your team can add custom company-wide types with a name, color, and AI description. Archived custom types are hidden from future pickers but remain on existing meetings and prompt customizations. Available on the company tab only.Nudges
The Nudges card lets your team limit which nudges each user sees by linking nudges to a household custom field that points to a user.1
Create a user reference custom field
Go to Settings → Data customizations → Custom fields and add a custom field on Household with type User reference (for example, “Lead advisor”). Set this field on each household to the user responsible for that client.
2
Open the Nudges card
Go to Settings → Data customizations and click Nudges on the Company tab.
3
Pick the assigned advisor field
Under Assigned advisor field, select the custom field you created. To turn the filter off, choose None — show all nudges to everyone.
When set, each user only sees nudges for clients where this field equals them. Nudges with no client and clients with a blank value remain visible to everyone. Users can override the filter from the nudges panel using the My nudges / All nudges toggle.
Any team member can manage company-wide items and items in books they can access. Locked system meeting types can be edited only by admins.
