To see what agents are available, click Browse marketplace in the top right corner of the Agents page.
Once you’ve found an agent you’d like to add, click Install.
If you want to turn the agent off, click the toggle on the agent card.
Editing agents
After you’ve added an agent, click on the agent card to edit it.
The trigger type and goal of the agent are fixed, but you can edit the prompt to give more specific instructions for the agent to run according to your business processes.
If you want to revert to the original prompt, click Revert to starter prompt. You can also test the agent by clicking Test agent.
Running agents
Some agents will run automatically based on when the trigger event occurs. However, agents with the Client chat shortcut trigger will run when you type the command /run
in the client chat, then select the appropriate agent from the dropdown.
