Understanding tiers
Tiers are a simple prioritization system:| Tier | Priority | Typical characteristics |
|---|---|---|
| A | Highest | Top clients, highest AUM, most attention |
| B | High | Important clients, regular engagement |
| C | Standard | Core clients, periodic check-ins |
| D | Lower | Smaller relationships, minimal touchpoints |
Tier definitions vary by practice. Work with your team to establish what each tier means for your firm.
