The Records tab on the right side of every household detail page gives you quick access to linked records and data without leaving the household. Each section expands to show its contents and lets you add, edit, or view related records. To open the Records tab, go to any client or prospect and click Records in the right sidebar.

Sections

The Records tab contains the following sections:
  • Custom fields — Store additional information beyond the standard household fields. Edit values inline.
  • Projects — View and create projects linked to this household, with milestone progress tracking.
  • Opportunities — View and create opportunities linked to this household, with pipeline stage and value.
  • Related records — Track connections between this household and other records like businesses, other households, or people.
  • Trusts — View and create trust records associated with this household.
  • Files — Connect a cloud storage folder to browse, upload, and organize documents.
  • Accounts — View and manage linked financial accounts (clients only).
  • Sequences — View and manage email sequence enrollments.
Each section shows a count badge indicating how many items are linked. Click a section to expand it and see its contents.
