View enrollments
Each enrollment card shows:- Sequence name — the name of the sequence the household is enrolled in
- Enrollment date — when the household was enrolled
- Progress — a percentage showing how far through the sequence the household has progressed
- Next step — when the next step is scheduled (for example, “Next step in 2 days”)
If a sequence has been deleted but the enrollment remains, the card appears dimmed and is no longer clickable.
Enroll a household
Click Enroll household at the bottom of the section. Select a sequence from the dropdown, then configure the enrollment settings before confirming. You can also enroll households from the menu on the household header, or in bulk from the clients or prospects list page. See Managing enrollments for full details.FAQ

Can a household be enrolled in multiple sequences at once?
Yes. A household can be enrolled in as many sequences as needed, as long as the book hasn’t reached the 100-enrollment limit. Each enrollment tracks progress independently.

Yes. Click the enrollment card to navigate to the sequences page, where you can pause or exit the enrollment. See Managing enrollments for details.

Why can't I enroll this household?
The head of household must have an email address on file for sequences that include email steps. Check the household’s contact information and add an email if needed.
