Troubleshooting common issues

Sometimes, prospects might not appear in Slant after an import, or data might seem incomplete. Here are some common reasons and how to resolve them:

1. Client status or type

If the prospect status or type is not set in Wealthbox, Slant will not import the prospect. We recommend reviewing your Wealthbox prospect statuses and ensuring they are configured to include the prospects you expect.

2. Assigned client owner

Slant is configured to only import prospects with a specific owner. Only prospects who are assigned to you will be brought into your Book in Slant. If you are missing prospects in Slant, check to see if they are assigned to someone else in Wealthbox.

3. Missing households

In Slant, a prospect is synonymous with a ‘Household’ in Wealthbox. If you have not already created a household record for your prospects, Slant will automatically create one for you. If you’ve tried these steps and are still experiencing issues, feel free to reach out to support@slant.app.
