Build client reports around people

Filter-based client reports can now show one row per household or one row per individual person. After choosing Client, answer Who should each row represent? with Households or People. People-based reports include person fields, filters, columns, and CSV downloads.

Control access to sensitive meetings

Admins and book principals can make eligible past notetaker meetings private. Open the meeting’s menu, choose Make private, then select who should retain access in Meeting privacy. The book principal always keeps access, while excluded users no longer see the meeting in lists, activity, chat results, or reports. Some processed recordings also offer Reprocess with AI, a one-time action that replaces the transcript and regenerates meeting notes.

Import Wealthbox pipelines and opportunities

The Wealthbox import wizard now has an Import workflows / opportunities step. Along with importing workflows as projects, you can turn on Import opportunities to create pipelines, stages, linked opportunities, standalone opportunities, and their comments from current Wealthbox data.

Configure projects more completely from automations

The automation Start project action now supports Project name, Assigned to, and form fields from the project’s first milestone. Values can include data supplied by the trigger. Chat-triggered runs that still need a required value provide a Complete project setup link before starting the project. Project management also has two workflow improvements: Duplicate now copies a project type within its current company or book scope, and completing a milestone with open tasks shows the remaining count plus a Mark open tasks as complete option.

Track multiple values in one custom field

The new Multi select custom field type lets you choose several values from a defined option list. Values display as pills and work with inline editing, bulk updates, filters, reports, and the public API.

Standardize household names and shared addresses

Admins can set Default household name under SettingsCompany settings, with formats ranging from John Smith Household to The Smith Family. You can customize an individual household’s name or return it to the company convention with Use default name. Household members can also select Same as head of household for their address. Slant displays the head’s current address without maintaining a duplicate copy.

Trigger automations for age milestones

Use the new person trigger Age milestone for living heads of household, spouses, and partners in client households who are approaching a selected age. Choose a standard or custom milestone and a look-ahead window from Week through 4 weeks; Slant evaluates the automation on Monday at 8 AM in the book’s timezone.

Email improvements for records

Business records now have an Emails tab for viewing threads and composing messages. Email lists also hide calendar invitations by default; click Show calendar invites when you need to include them.

Clearer multi-book CSV exports

Client and prospect household CSVs and business report CSVs downloaded from All books now include a Book column, making each exported record’s source clear. People CSVs do not include this column, and full ZIP exports remain book-specific.

Book chat prompt snippets

Prompt snippets can now use the Book chat type, so reusable prompts are available in book-level chat alongside the existing client, prospect, and meeting options.

More improvements

  • Failed SMS messages now offer Retry from the conversation.
  • Public API notes can be updated, and task create/update requests support labels.
