The Wealthbox guide now starts with uploading your JSON or ZIP export and distinguishes the standard self-serve, solo-trial, and enterprise flows. Self-serve sign-in comes afterward for optional workflows and opportunities. Export guidance now includes other contacts and past clients across books, explains contact-specific columns, and reflects the current People CSV view columns and when Book is included.
Project attachments are added through Comments, and uploaded comment files are copies. The project guide explains returning to skipped milestones, table column controls, and using Status to show completed projects. Tasks have fixed columns. Comment guidance now covers Enter to post, Shift+Enter for a line break, and Apply when inserting a link.
Calendar meetings link automatically by attendee email. Generated notes are on AI Summary; Chat and Notepad serve different purposes. The guides now explain processing stages, how to change future output through Meeting notes prompts, and what to include when reporting stuck processing.
Unlinked calls to the Slant recording number can be found on Meetings in the registered book. Inbound numbers are configured on the book tab under Bot and phone. Web recording depends on screen width and capture policy. Contact support to request older media removal while keeping the meeting; retention changes apply to new captures.
Sequence guidance lists the available variable categories, including Spouse/partner, and clarifies that steps do not select saved email templates. Email-template guidance lists supported fonts and sizes and points to the pencil icon for editing.
CSV guidance explains that imported tags replace existing household or business tags, while other-contact imports do not assign tags. Email sync alone does not create CRM clients; enabled email automations can. The people guide explains the hover-only Add email control, and custodian linking explains how to restore a hidden Linked household column.
The support guide now uses Chat with us and provides a bug-reporting path that does not require a Report a bug button. Support email and the recovery path for a lost authenticator are documented.
