Projects are no longer limited to households. Each project type now has an Owner kind — Household, Contact, or Business — that controls what its projects attach to. Start a project from a contact or business page (contacts via the ⋮ menu, businesses via the Start project button), and both record types show their work in a Projects widget on the overview.
The household Records tab now includes an Important information section — a free-text note for high-priority context like service preferences or sensitive details to keep top of mind. Type directly in the field; changes save automatically. Available on clients, prospects, and past clients.
When a workflow’s Send email action uses an email template, the template’s attachments are now carried into the sent email automatically and shown beneath the template in the action editor.
The notetaker now detects the spoken language automatically and transcribes accordingly, including Spanish and meetings that mix Spanish and English. There’s nothing to configure.
Clicking any notification now opens the record it’s about, including comment notifications on projects and other records that previously didn’t navigate anywhere.
