Build reports with filters

New report now asks how you’d like to create the report: Build with a prompt (describe the records you want in plain language) or the new Build with filters (choose a record type, fields, and filters). Filter reports work for Client, Prospect, Other contact, and Business records. Unlike prompt-built reports, filter reports are live — they always show current data, and you can reopen one from the reports list to change its filters and columns. Report results are also now clickable: select a record’s name in the results to open its details.

Edit a repeating task’s schedule

You can now change how often a task repeats without stopping and recreating the recurrence. Click the recurrence badge in the task detail panel to open Edit repeating cadence, adjust when it starts, how often it repeats, and when it ends, then click Update cadence. Tasks already in your task list keep their dates — future occurrences follow the new schedule.

Meeting type badges on the calendar

Calendar events with a Meeting type now show a color-coded badge with the type’s name — both on the event block and in the event details. The badge color matches the color set for that meeting type, so you can scan your week by meeting type at a glance.

Accept or reject suggested tasks from the detail panel

AI-suggested tasks awaiting review now show Accept and Reject buttons at the top of the task detail panel, so you can act on a suggestion while looking at its full details — not just from the source record. Past clients now appear in global search. Search an archived client’s name, email, or phone in the command palette (⌘K) — results are labeled Past client and open the past client’s record.

Clear custom field values in bulk

The bulk Update custom field action now supports every field type — including link fields — and has a new Clear value option that removes the field’s value from every selected record instead of setting a new one.

Tables in task template descriptions

Task template descriptions now support tables. Click Insert table in the description editor to add one, and hover any row or column for controls to insert or delete rows and columns.

Full account numbers in project forms

Project form fields that ask for a custodian account now show the full account number next to the account name, instead of just the last four digits, making it easier to pick the right account.
